From first idea to finished order

Request a Sample

Start by sharing the product or idea you have in mind so we can prepare the right sample for you.

New or custom designs take 4–5 business days to produce.

Confirm Your Order

Once you are happy with the sample, we will align on the details and prepare your order for production.

Our minimum order is 100 units per design. Simpler items like keyrings may qualify for lower minimums, so please ask.

We Produce

Our artisans bring your order to life with the same care and attention that goes into every Sahir creation.

Timelines depend on complexity, from around 1,000 units per week for simple items like keyrings to longer for detailed or custom designs like cat caves. We will confirm an exact timeline once we understand the order.

You Arrange Shipping

When your order is ready, we make the handoff straightforward and coordinate closely with your logistics partner.

Shipping is arranged by your preferred freight forwarder or courier; we handle export documentation and coordinate pickup on our end.
